It is with great Sadness that I, Alex and Mutanthouse Must announce that our Luna passed this morning.She was the pack momma , the perfect DOG, my soulmate , closer to me then most humans. She fought bravely yet lost . Life will never be the same without her. R.I.P my love Godspeed and safe voyage!

Second I would like to introduce to you all Little Malcolm aka Mal who Kay found abandoned in a rainy parking lot 😦 at 8 weeks he has now become the youngest and newest Mutanthouse Resident . He will be joining Tim and Kay's pod and family unit ❤ Let's greet him properly 😀

Now to the uncomfortable stuff:P – Sadly we still have a boatload of procedures and follow-up care to deal with , Jubilee will still require medication for the next month and fluids, Kay’s new additions Mal and Ren need shots , Little Miss Harriette has not been feeling to well of late and I would like to have her checked out . Once Tim is down here we can finally transport Moobert to the vet for his much needed shots and his Stella and Sophia will need them too…. for now those are the most pressing issues but we still have some long term medical treatments that will need to be addressed.
winter is coming and Cassiopeia will need to be checked, vetted and finally brought in so we can end her transition from stray to full fledged Housemate. April MoonFlower aka Moo and Luna who are both heart-worm positive will need to go into treatment, Moo has fatty tumours that need to be operated , Moobert , Mooria and Romeo still need to be tested for heart-worm… since I (Alex ) have been doing all this on a very small budget since I lost my job in 2008 and Kay and Tim are just relocating and are not settled in yet we really could need help with all this…we would be thankful for any assistance you can provide no amount is to small.

There are a lot of backyard dogs with no shelter in this neighbourhood so doghouses will provide them with better living conditions. One of those cases is face who is left outside by his guardian , he runs freely and has attacked both Ren and myself . he is not a bad Dog just Malnourished without a safe place and we would like to build him and his sister who is kept on a chain and lives in an oil barrel doghouses and fencing to protect ourselves and those poor pooches from harm .Please massage us on either

Dear friends and supporters of Mutanthouse as you know Mutanthouse is home to a lot of elderly furies from which one Jubilee is ailing from liver and kidney related issues, while she is getting batter the vet costs have become astronomical. Our current budget is slightly limited and we are facing an onslaught of vet costs in the next few months – a heartworm treatment and an operation for April Moonflower aka Moo, Shots and recovery care for Little miss trinity aka Wren, Romeo and Mooria Georgina, need to be tested for heartworm, Stella, Sophia and Moobert Oi all need their shots and it is fleas season so with 27 furies not including the local strays we are trying to assist there is a lot coming. Also although little Hariette teeth have recovered in our care one of them is sadly beyond redemption and will need to be removed. We have still not decided if we shall treat miss Luna for heartworm due to her advanced age but if she remains stable another $400 will be added to the bill..Then we have Cassiopeia our resident stray that we want to being into the house but first have to have evaluated and vetted..The list goes on and on …we would be thankful for any assistance you can provide no amount is to small.
