The Angry VEGAN

19594_546047325429906_1842923280_nI am often called an angry Vegan. I am not the fluffy lets all be friends and hug type, that went out the window years ago if it ever was. In most cases I try to educate in discussion, but my Russian temper often turns me into Ivan the terrible if people make callous stupid comments  like , who cares how they die they taste good. Or global warming  who cares fire up the grill YOLO ! Or I am told eating meat and dairy is a personal choice and I should mind my own business. The Problem is that those so called personal choices are severely impacting the lives of others , first the animals who’s life is being taken, then the million of starving in third world countries and then everybody else .

We as a species have killed and eradicated more other lifeforms than any other one in history. Our planet is in really bad shape and we are to blame . Sitting back and doing nothing cannot be the answer. I am vegan for Multiple reasons , yes of course for the animals, but also for my health , for the survival of our race and this planet. The industry and advertising would like to make us believe that most cows live their life peacefully out on pasture till it is time to come home be milked and fed. This is far from the truth … 80% of meat consumed in the U.S is raised on industrial feeding lots in South America and China, that number rises to a whopping 98% when we count in government surplus and school lunch meals. From the remaining percentage of young bovines raised for meat in the U.S only 30% are raised in an industrial farm environment and that is why most Americans still believe the fairy tale of the happy family farm. They are not aware that most of their meat comes from foreign countries and what it costs, the planet or the impoverished struggling nations we exploit to feed our lust for flesh. People could argument that it is not under our control what these nations do, people always find a way of shifting blame. The bitter truth is however, that more and more of those so called family farms are using factory farm practices; and that almost 80% of dairy cows raised in this country are raised in an industrial setting and never see the light of day .

So let us take a deeper look into the life of the average dairy cow and her children. If you are born in an average dairy farm they rip you away from your mother as soon as you are licked clean, sometimes even before that. You are either carted away in a wheelbarrow or by your leg while you scream for your mother and she screams for you; you never see her again. If you are lucky and are a girl you are sent to an industrial feeding lot where you are fed till you are old enough to have your own babies. If you are unlucky and are a boy you are in most cases bludgeoned to death, auctioned off as veal or sent off to be raised as someone dinner, to most humans your life has no value. So what is your life like as female cow?

If you are a female cow compared to your brother you might think you are lucky and for the first year, or so, of your existence that might be so. Even though you are denied running free you have a clean place to sleep and food everyday, but soon things will change. The first thing they do to you is what they call de-horning. You are locked in a mechanical device as your sensitive horns are cut off your head with pliers without pain killers. You scream yet no one comes to your rescue no one cares. Later when you are about 15 months old a human comes and “inseminates” you so you can have a baby and they can have your milk. Or they strap you in a rape rack and lead a bull to you to seal the deal, no matter how you resist you have no say in it. Basically they are violating your body, if you were a human they would call it sexual assault or rape but you are a cow you don’t matter to them. After an average 285 days you give birth, you are happy you love your baby. Then they come and take him or her from you. You scream and struggle but there is nothing you can do, you will never see your baby again. This process is repeated every year till you produce less milk as they expect you to and you are sent to slaughter. Now that you produce milk you more than likely will never see the light of day again. If you are lucky your facility is clean but more than likely it is not. The farmer or staff will impregnate you every year and they will take your baby every time. You will be fed some disgusting pallet food but you’re hungry and because producing milk takes a lot out of a body. They bread you to produce an obscene amount of milk but it comes with a cost, a cost to you- painful infections and fever so they pump you full of antibiotics and medicine. You are often depressed and when you are pregnant you become very agitated because you know they are going to take your child and you have nowhere to run. If you struggle they beat and torture you, you learn to remain as passive as possible but it does not always help. If you are strong you live like this for an average of 7 years, if you are frail you don’t make it past your second birthing. If you stumble if you can’t get up they label you a downed cow it’s a death sentence and no matter how scared you are no one is coming.

A picture says more than a thousand words a video even more here is some undercover footage shot in an average dairy farm in Ohio.

The end of a bovine > when those cows have been milked dry or to exhaustion we humans cart her of to slaughter. No matter how well a bovines life was in the end they all ace the same horrible practices in the end. What most people do not know is that although the cows are shot in the head with a bolt they are often still alive when their throat is cut and they are skinned. The process is horrid and the workers are often abusive and cruel. The industry would like to make you believe that the animals do not suffer, the truth is they do not only suffer they are terrified every second from arrival to point of death; some fight others shut down emotionally , but they are all very aware of their fate. If you do not believe me go to a slaughter house and watch. Humane slaughter is a myth and the only truly happy cows live in sanctuaries nowhere else! Oh and one more thing A cow’s natural lifespan is about 25 years we kill them between 0-7 years of age. How do I know all this? Because I worked on a farm when I was twenty, it was not a factory farm it was in fact the best possible farm environment for a cow a European eco farm, still what I saw there and the surrounding factory farms changed me forever.

Meat , Milk and Dairy and health > Despite what the meat and dairy industry would like to tell you Milk and dairy have been linked to the following illness heart disease, osteoporosis, diabetes, cancer and asthma. A Harvard study points to a direct coloration of high milk consumption and osteoporosis. The study explains that Dairy turns the body acidic and that it has to leach calcium from the bones to balance it out. This also explains why the countries that have the highest dairy consumption also have the highest osteoporosis rates. Still Advertising using Celebrities like “the got milk” campaign still sell us the lie and we literally poison our children and ourselves because we believe what we are told. Other studies point to milk , meat and dairy as cause for cancer one of them is the famous China study. The China Study was conducted by T. Colin Campbell, Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University, and his son Thomas M. Campbell II, a physician. The China-Cornell-Oxford Project was conducted over 20 years. It began 1983 and ended in 2003. During those 20 years blood work and dietary studies were conducted on over 6,500 people from in 65 regions in China. The study concluded that counties with a high consumption of animal products had substantially higher death rates from Cancer, diabetes and heart disease while these diseases were very uncommon for regions on a plant based diet. Now that scary isn’t it?

What the industry does to the planet and how its fucking YOUR FUTURE TOO! >Most People are not aware that the meat, dairy and fish industry are bringing us to the edge of extinction. It is predicted that if we do not change our fishing practices we will face a total collapse of our oceans marine wildlife by the year 2045 . Now you will more than likely be alive then so what does it mean for you ? The problem is our oceans produce over 80% of our breathable oxygen. The balance within our aquatic habitats are a delicate one, the loss of just one species impacts the balance greatly. If the projections are right the loss of all marine life could tip the balance and render the ocean sour and unable to produce the oxygen we need to survive. What fishing is doing in our oceans the Meat and Dairy industry is doing on land. In South and Central America our rainforests are being chopped down to make land for cattle. An area of the approximate size of a football field is decimated four seconds; that’s an area twice the size of Paris gone every day. That in turn equates to 13 million hectares or an area about the size of England, Greece or Nicaragua chopped down every year. ). So the question is what are we going to breath after 2045?
The Meat and Dairy industry are the Number one contributor to global warming, crazy as it sounds cow farts and even worse burps are producing such amounts of methane that it counts for 18% of green house gas causing emissions. You might think 18% does not sound like much, but what if I told you that the entire world transportation industry, this includes all boats, cars , drivable lawnmowers, motorcycles, rockets ships, space shuttles, ships ,tanks, trams, trains, trucks, planes, only hold a 13% stake.). Does this surprise you? That does not conclude all the damage this industry does the meat and Dairy industry is second in line when it comes to soil and water pollution, the Oil industry is in pole position there.

World hunger and how meat and dairy consumption makes you personally responsible > The meat and dairy industry and western societies lust for them is the number one reason for global hunger (next to political red tape) and ground water depletion. In a world were a child dies from hunger every 2-3 seconds consuming meat and dairy is just not sustainable practice. 70 percent of the world’s agricultural land is used to either grow feed for cattle or as graze land for cattle.More than 50% of U.S. grain and nearly 40 % of the entire world grain yield is fed to livestock .If this grain were fed to humans instead of bovines we could increase the global food supply by nearly 50%!That is an approximate 800 million people who could be fed if we took the gain from America cattle feed alone !Imagine this; the grain it takes to produce an average steak could feed 30 people a hearty meal of gains and veggies. How bitter must it be for these people to watch as the flesh of animals raised and fed with the grain produced on their land is being shipped and consumed in the first world while their children are dying of starvation. Fact is that if humanity does not change their behaviour there will be severe consequences in your immediate future change starts with the individual.

But don’t plants feel pain too? ->Plants do not have nervous systems like we do , but there have been some studies that suggest that they might have feelings and might be sentient. I have been giving it a lot of thought lately and am trying to evolve from vegan to fruitarian because of this. The fruitarian diet is the only real cruelty free diet out there. Plants produce there fruit for us to eat in hopes we will eat the seeds with it and carry their plant babies to a good place where they can thrive. I am not perfect and am still evolving step by step , but i get furious when people just have thins non caring attitude to what their actions are causing others. People like to say mind your own business the problem is it is no longer only their business when their actions are impacting the life quality of others. Its not like I can book a rocketship outta here to Beta Centauri. I am stuck with people who are literally threatening my personal survival but am told not to mention it or to let it go , or the whole personal choice crap. My grand mother lived to be 80 , my grandfather to be 98 …I do not want to spend my old age on a barren planet with extreme food shortages (predicted by the UN in the next 10 years if we don’t change) and little air to breath… So yes I am  AN ANGRY VEGAN and am going to be the uncomfortable fool on the soapbox as long as I have breath in me .

The Path out of corporate slavery starts in your home!

It is becoming increasingly clear that protesting is having little effect of late while we cannot let this deter us we need to take up a new stance! We have been fighting the corrupted on their turf where they have advantage and supremacy. We need to shift focus and do something radical! Now I can hear some of you say yeah we need to riot, bash windows ect and I say absolutely not! -Because that is what they expect and are prepared for. What we need to do is a grand scale retreat or let’s say purge them from our universe! How you say? -By becoming Autonomous, self sustaining and as independent as possible of their dealings.

1-Those of us who have Money could buy land and offer to share it with people who want to help them build self sustaining Microcommunities.

2-Those who do not want to share their land could at least teach those who want to learn how to be off grid and self-reliant how to do so and maybe share their produce overage with the less fortunate.

3- Those who have businesses could start offering a barter and trading system next to the conventional money system.

Becoming self reliant, growing your own food is no longer limited to rural landscapes and the country- New technology such as Hydro and Aquaponics, window and roof gardens make it not only possible but affordable if people are just taught how to do it. People could band together and buy up abandoned buildings in the city and create alternative living space.

Talent, produce, homemade products, time and even project based work could be bartered and traded, expanding the concept of time banks. Parents should band together and open alternative free schools for their children because we do not want the next generation to be poisoned by today’s society’s values!

We need to start building our own wireless networks that we can eventually interconnect – why? Because as much as we all love the internet let us not forget who built it and we need a second option!

We need to build our own radio and TV stations and those of us who are creative a truly alternative Music, art and Movie culture far away from the copywrite Nazi’s and the money mongers.

All these projects could network and share resources ideas and inventions all of it outside of the corporate, political power nexus …

will this be easy – Absolutely not! Not only will we receive pushback by those we oppose, but probably horrendous squabbling and drama within our own ranks – however if we prevail and evolve though the process we can in time create a sound counter culture that can transition us into true autonomy one step at the time.

The dissatisfaction with our current society Model is no longer just limited to a few hippies, communists, anarchists and moochers…it is global and wide spread phenomenon.

If those with similar goals and mind set build enclaves to their liking and start working with similarly inclined or likeminded groups or projects we actually have a chance of creating real change!

We are no longer just a few thousands we are effectively millions! Millions of lab rats that can cause a big chink in the cooperate-political armour if we decide to step off the hamster wheel; fact is without us they are nothing without our purchasing power they will dwindle and die out. I am not saying become unwashed hermits, I am saying become as autonomous as possible and reclaim your freedom!

Alex of Mutanthouse

The death of Lennox the dog -what the execution of an innocent pooch says about the state of humanity

Mutanthouse would like to extend our sincere condolences to Lenox family; our hearts go out to you and poor Lennox who was murdered today. This morning the Belfast city council proclaimed that Lennox the dog had been euthanized in what they call a humane manner Let us disregard the fact, for a minute, that killing a healthy animal and depriving it of a life is far from humane and ask ourselves how can this death have been any crueller? Lennox was no allowed visits from his family, he was held in solitary confinement in a small concrete cell, left to vegetate in his own farcies with no toys or companionship. At the day of his death he was left to face the needle or whatever method used alone , no one who loved him was allowed to calm his fear and give him some warmth to cross over, did he wish for his family …for the little girl he so loved ? Did he resist? Did he believe his family wanted him there? Did he ask himself why and hope for something or someone to come save him? Did the handlers find it in themselves to at least treat him with kindness in his last minutes or did they yell and rag him as documented previously? These are things we the Public and more importantly Lennox Family will never find out, because they where denied access to their family member.

For the last few there were no sightings of Lennox which opens a line of thought that is as evil as any movie plot. Was Lennox already dead? Did he succumb to the previously documented blatant neglect and mistreatment by the BCC officials? It would definitely give us a logical explanation to the refusal to grant the pooch one more last moment of happiness and love. It would explain why the BCC refused to grant Lennox asylum in the U.S where prominent dog behaviourists Caesar Milan and Victoria Stilwell offered to give him a home. Stilwell even flew out to Northern Ireland to negotiate with the minister of agriculture Michelle O’Neil sadly to no avail. Perhaps the most baffling rejection was that toward Northern Irelands First minister Peter Robinson who stepped in for the Pooch and basically found himself ignored and rejected with the 300.000 documented worldwide protestors. All this smells like conspiracy and cover up …if it quacks like a duck …just saying…

While finding the truth remains important everything from this point forward is bitter. Although the usually fluff bunnies would like to point to a deeper meaning in this loss, and their very might well be some metaphysical connection, factually Lennox is dead and he died feeling unwanted and unloved! NOTHING CAN MAKE THAT BETTER! If there is an afterlife i am certain Lennox is in doggy heaven with a bone and angels to play with …but what if there is no afterlife? And even with an afterlife what could ever justify the killing of an innocent?

Factually in the here and now the BCC abused power, lied and got away with it with no apparent ramifications! First they clarified Lennox as Pittbull when he was genetically proven not to be one (not even a mix). Lennox was a bulldog Labrador mix! When the Pittbull angle failed to impress they offered their next bogus argument and claimed that Lennox had not been registered or properly vetted, which was disproven the minute they uttered it with ample documentation of proper registration, vet papers and DNA registry. The list of crazy reasoning went on and on, just to be refuted and disproven every time. for some reason however the court decided to believe lies such as the false statement of handlers like Alexandra Lightfoot who perjured herself in court by claiming Lennox to be so vicious she refused to go near him. The problem is that the public and the defence had ample photographic evidence of Lightfoot hugging Lennox and the pooch rewarding her with soft submissive kisses! Still nothing was done to punish Lightfoot or the BCC who set her up to it! This is disturbing but it also paints a clear picture of our current society and legal system. We are in grave trouble when innocents are killed and the corrupt go Scott free!

below Alexandra (Sandy) Lightfoot with Lennox

In the past few months we have seen many protests spread like wildfire over the globe, targeting the status quo and corrupt and achieving little of consequence despite ample support of the public. Like the fight for Lennox the industrial /Political goliath has proven to big of a giant to tackle with the usual means. If we want to change this world we need to move away from the idea that anyone can grant us the right to anything or that we are accountable to any government who’s refuses to be accountable to us. We need to grow up , humans today live in a “ do for me “reality . The problem is that if one lets other do everything one also looses the ability to think and do for one self. We are infantilised and mainstream culture makes sure to provide ample distraction to keep us from noticing just how warped societies ethics and methods have become.
From time to time injustices like Lennox case pierce the veil for a short time but instead of taking these revelations to its natural conclusion people slowly tether off into the fuzziness of everyday survival and nothing significantly changes. The thing is to change this world we need t change us as individuals; from the ground up! Lennox case is heart breaking and horrific but in the greater picture his execution is but a symptom of a toxic humanity.

Our world is in Peril by our own making, in today’s society corporations are worth more than the lives of millions human and non human innocents. Humanity has progressively conditioned itself to equate autonomy with selfishness we need to reverse that process if we want to survive as a species. We have to stop thinking of Land and nature as something we use and own –We are its guardians as best at our worst we are its destroyer! We have to stop putting our own addiction to quick fixes and comfort before the lives of the collective human and nonhuman inhabitants of this planet. Humans are literally Terra’s boogieman -we torture even those we profess to love and have enslaved and extinct more species than any other lifeform in known history. Our justification we need to do this to survive, or we need to torture animals to make sure products are safe, or we need to confine brutalise and kill animals to tantalise our pallets. Wo cares if our greed leads to global warming, the death of a starving child every 2 seconds or the endless suffering of non human races. Comfort, possession and profit are everything! Right?

If something goes wrong we will fudge facts to subdue the public and ensure their continued loyalty and willingness to consume … if that does not work we will use brute force against them or start a war somewhere to distract them ….the list goes on and on and most readers will get the general picture of what I am trying to point out here. In a world this self centred, where human and animal life are expendable, where ruthlessness is rewarded is it any surprise that something like Lennox story could happen? We are conditioned from childhood to look away to desensitise.” Don’t look at that homeless man he is filthy you will get lice all he wants is money for booze , do not dare to touch that mangy cat I do not care if she is bleeding go wash your hands, stop whining and eat that chicken it was made to be eaten you are being ridiculous “. This is the climate we are raised in and people like the councilmen and woman of the BCC are the result.

Any Protest against solitary injustices will just be a Band-Aid on the real problem; even if they are individually successful. The only way to end the madness that has become our reality is a reboot of our society. I don’t mean Zombie apocalypse although I do sometimes fantasise about it when my disgust levels are up, I mean a total reboot of the individual. It is a process, for me it meant to start working on only engaging in behaviour I could stand behind 100%. I went from vegetarian to vegan for two reasons, compassion toward the non humans suffering at our hands but also compassion toward the millions starving because of the meat and dairy industry and the future generations we will be leaving this planet to. I decided to create Mutanthouse because I would like to create a space in which I can live independently, by the ethical principles I believe in and offer others the same opportunity. I believe strongly that living by example is more potent than words will ever be. I am work in progress, but I am at least on my journey. Part of this journey is the realisation that any suffering I encounter concerns me and that I cannot back down from trying to do something about it. As critical a state this world is in sugar coating is a luxury none of us has anymore , truth is what will blow things open, actions not words will give change the needed momentum.

As Lennox joins the millions of suffering nonhumans brutalised and unjustly murdered by our hands. I intend to honour his suffering with action; I will protect humans and non humans from brutality and exploitation to the best of my ability. I will build Mutanthouse to secure a haven for humans and non humans in need. I will speak nothing but truth because this world of lies creates breeding ground for the corrupt and the complacent. I will fight my inner daemons, work on living what I preach and strive to better myself on a daily basis. I will rather walk alone the compromise myself and the life of others and I will work on not letting fear influence my decision-making and actions but stare evil, corruption and world destroyers in the face and stand against them when needed.

Lennox Story makes blatantly clear that change needs to come, and while I wish the outcome where different, and my heart bleeds for a happy ending I and many others need to face our ugly reality. Only then can we make sure that innocents are no longer murdered for profit, pleasure or power. Change begins in our own mind and actions.
R.I.P Lennox safe travel, please watch over us and wish us luck we will need it.

Mutanthouse Wants YOU!!!

The Mutanthouse project was originally just designed as blog that was to follow the transformation of my house and property into a self-sustaining eco-Earthship-tree-house-hybrid.  I wanted to  make my home a place that would  reflect my beliefs and  provide a better living  quality for my Dog’s  and myself .  At some point I realised that there had to be  others out there that where struggling  that did not have the home base which  they could build upon , that was the moment I decided that I wanted to expand the project  and open it up to others in need of a home and security. The idea to transform my property into a self-sustaining microcomutinty with a communal man house and smaller interconnected personal units began to form.  Having a place to call home, where you can express your self is more valuable than one thinks, and I want to provide this for others. You can find some of my general ideas for the project on the mutant house blog mentioned above but also a condensed version on my TMS blog (http://www.tzmnetwork.com/blogs/658/17/mutanthouse-project-as-functioni  ).

If you are interested in assisting with the project with ideas, labour or resources please contact me here and we can exchange emails if needed ;). I am in dire need of help, architecture students who want to go wild and build something are welcome as is anyone with any idea or contribution they would like to realise on the premises that is in alignment with the general ideology of mutant house.

If you think you would like to become a part of the Mutant house family as permanent resident of the project, please read the blog first and be aware that we will need to be in agreement with a few key factors. A community can only work if there is a common ideology and shared core beliefs, while there are always variations and one must be willing to compromise there are some points I am not willing to compromise on when it comes to sharing my life and living space:

1) Religious tolerance – I personally believe in GOD, but my view does not necessarily fit any margin. My belief enriches my life but it is not the focal point of my humanitarian or eco-political work. If you ask me  what I believe I will tell you but seriously it is not  really important to me  when it comes to interpersonal  communication and friendship . Your actions are what are important to me, and the things you stand for.   I have friends from all faiths as well as agnostic and Atheist friends. I will not tolerate any bashing from any side, logical discussions are fine  but anyone living here should feel comfortable  living their  belief, or lack of ,  without having the feeling of being  belittled , force-converted or looked down upon .

If you are of faith and cannot live with an atheist without constantly trying to convert them and telling them that they will go to hell or whatever other thing you might believe- Mutant house is not for you.

If you are an Atheist and constantly feel the need to make fun of or belittle another’s faith, or make snide comments on their intelligence  just for believing something  Mutant house is not for you – Pure and simple.

2) I am a vegan for both ethical but also for ecological reasons. At this current point of our history the support of the meat/Dairy /egg industry is one of the least publicised crimes towards the sustainability of resources and our planets survival.  Considering that it is one of the largest contributing factors to Greenhouse Gas Emissions, and the depletion of our rainforests, I cannot compromise on the following- within Mutanthouse; anyone wanting to become permanent resident within the project should be either Vegan or Vegetarian.

3) Animals, trees and children at Mutant house are to be treated with respect and none violently. No animal will be killed, or physically punished on the premises. Parents who are permanent residents should be in agreement that children raised here will never be subject to physical or emotional violence. None of the trees on the property will be chopped down just because they might be “in the way!”  These trees have lived here long before we did and we will find ways to build around them!

4) Any person applying for permanent residentship  will have to live here for a trial period  of six months, which will either be extended if the existing residents need more time to decide , or a final decision will be agreed upon by the existing residents.  A permanent resident will then receive all rights to vote on major decisions within the project, create projects of their own as well as claiming permanent living space on the compound which will be designed and agreed upon in communion with the existing residents.

All this being said  I am  really looking for people  who want to live and work with me on this project , so if you need a place to stay , live and grow  let me know !

Mutanthouse as functioning micro community

I haven’t been posting   much of late, mostly because I have been crunching numbers, intaking new ideas and concepts. In the last  month I have realised something , while  it is inherently important to me  to  make  this home a safe please for my animals and myself , The idea of  sharing this  space with other like minded people has become  equally important.

My property might be in a less favourable part of town, but it is inherently beautiful with wonderful trees and vast opportunities. My neighbourhood in many ways reflects the global issues we are facing so it is actually the ideal vintage point to prove that change is possible.

If I ( I hope one day we )  succeed into making this place  a functioning  micro community , it will not only  turn this  piece of land into  an example of  a functioning concept, but also become a beckon of hope  for this struggling  town. Not only could this place become home to people, but we could also actively help the community, by sharing the produce grown here with our struggling neighbours.  We could also help make life better for the multitude of stray animals in this neighbourhood , as well as provide  help with homework  for kids, a safe place to play (playground ) … things like that . If we run out of space and we find the funding we could expand   , there is a lot of unstructured property surrounding mine as well as an array of abandoned and deteriorating properties.

We could offer services to the community which they could intern exchange for services of their own. Maybe at some point we could open a small onsite and online school because education is a great platform to implement change.

Right now a lot of people are hurting, they have nowhere to go, or the existing family-structures have failed them. This could be an opportunity to be a different kind of family, a sanctuary for those who have not found their spot yet: or/and a transition gateway for those who want to build similar projects of their own. I am aware that  in the end I cannot do this on my own  but I am sort of  bopping that the magic of “if you build it they will come “ will work here , and that  something valuable will come of this.

I am aware that  there are things  that will need to be , thought out more in detail : that maybe not all people interested will turn out to be compatible , but we will  have to just  go though the trial and error  process.  It is definitely better than doing nothing or giving up.

If it works however this place could become a little utopian island in a rocky sea, it could also inspire others that might be in a similar situation like me to do the same. We could incorporate and teach awesome philosophies such as Resourced based economy, sustainable living and renewable energy, holistic medicine ect.  The things we invent and create could be placed under creative commons and open source, there is just so much that could be done.   I would really like it to come to that  🙂

A little rant and questioning

You say you want to change the world, and yes human rights and happiness are imensly important, but we also have to take responsibly for our actions. We cannot just focus on our well being, we cannot base our happiness on the bones of others. We need to stop killing Animals just because we like our sausage, as dominant species we have the responsibility to ensure the well being of all living things. we need to bank on green technology because our gas guzzler might look great but they are killing us and the world around us. We need to make sure the things we buy where not made by child labourers, its not ok that we in our greed over look a childhood being robbed! Life is sacred, before we kill we need to think very hard if it is avoidable. taking a life even of that tree that is causing to much shade in your back yard, it impacts the world on many levels , even if you do not notice it. quantum physics teaches us that we to a very large extent crate our individual reality according to our mindset. Do you want to live in a reality where weaker beings are exploited and killed? In a world where there is enough food to feed the entire planet 3 times over , but economic senseabilities prevent that? You want to chop down a tree just to wipe you behind with the softest tissue , while the world lunge is collapsing ? And i can here you say what is one person to do , i am powerless…and granted you will not change all of this on you own , but you can change your self and inspire the people around you . And believe me every lobby or interest group impacting this planet is made out of individuals, so you are not powerless. If you choose to change , if you choose to care you will become a cell in the body of change and a better future it does not get better than that !
